Fort Myers, FL — THM Media is pleased to welcome Adam Berman as the newest member of its Strategic Advisory Board. As a member of the board, Adam will provide non-binding strategic guidance to THM Media’s executive leadership. This advisory role brings together seasoned experts whose insights help shape the company’s direction as it expands across media platforms and industries. While this is a non-executive position without fiduciary or governance responsibilities, the role is critical to providing informed, objective, and experienced counsel as THM Media accelerates its national growth.

Adam brings more than two decades of experience as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families and privately held businesses, guiding them through matters ranging from succession planning and philanthropy to strategic growth and governance. He is a seasoned entrepreneur, educator, and senior executive with deep expertise in business strategy, M&A, finance, and product development. Adam’s leadership has driven meaningful impact in both private enterprise and social sectors — from Wall Street to the classroom.

He served as a professional faculty member at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he led key units including Emerging Initiatives and the Center for Teaching Excellence. As co-founder and CEO of Education Partners, Adam helped bring research-based reading and math programs to over 1 million Title I students across the U.S. He also worked in Morgan Stanley’s M&A division, representing buyers and sellers of public and private companies.

Adam currently serves as a board member, trustee, and advisor to families managing complex personal and business portfolios. His work includes leading strategic divestitures, negotiating complex legal and financial structures, building family office capabilities, and designing philanthropic initiatives that span generations. He’s served as an independent board member for a $1B private company, as an audit committee member of the Walter & Elise Haas Fund ($300M foundation), and has executed over $80M in estate planning transactions.
